| Description: | This position has lead responsibility and possibly a supervisory role over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts. Provides the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization. Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management. Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals. |
| Qualifications: | Engineer requires Bachelor degree in Engineering and the Specialist requires equivalent years of experience. Basic knowledge of a specialized or technical field such as accounting, business administration, mechanical, civil, or electrical technology. Working knowledge of cost accounting. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of scheduling and cost systems and other software. Ten years or up to 15 years equivalent experience. |
