| Description: | Prepares and maintains the overall project schedule to ensure optimization of resources and control of all associated project work Provide value by ensuring the capability to forewarn of impacts on business plan goals Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise Identify and implement corrective action when performance trends deviate from baseline Promote accountability for meeting business plan and project objectives Prepare and manage overall master project schedule integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure using Oracle P6 v7 Monitor and forecast progress of activities Highlight problem areas and recommend remedial actions Evaluate critical paths in the project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution Develop and implements plan versus actual progress curves Report and analyze monthly deviations from plan Liaise with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between responsible parties Work closely with Project Cost Controller for expenditure and value of work forecasting Capture and record forecast performance variance and the reasons for the variance- Strategize, fabricate and activate a plan to close the variance gaps

| Qualifications: | - Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration with relevant experience, or 10+ years' experience in the oil and gas industry
- Thorough and extensive knowledge of: project controls principles, theories, and concepts
- Proficient in building, embedding, and managing 5 - 15 project schedules simultaneously
- Able to work in a fast paced, multi projects environment.
