Upstream ( Project Engineer - Offshore)

This is an entry-level engineering position in which an Engineer 1 prepares design calculations and/or performs other routine engineering tasks using prescribed methods and procedures.  Performs specific limited portions of a broader assignment under direction of a more experienced engineer.  Performs assignments to develop an understanding of how to apply engineering principles and practices and to gain practical experience. The work assigned requires application of standard procedures and methods to complete a series of well-defined engineering tasks following specific detailed instructions or established standards and methods.  Supervisor selects assignments, techniques and analytical methods and checks and reviews work.   Exercise of judgment is limited; work is closely supervised.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Basic knowledge of offshore engineering principles and practices. 0-2 years experience.
