Establishes budgets and ensures compliance with the organization's procedures. Ensures that proposals are compliant, consistent, reflect the agreed proposal strategy and commercial basis. Ensures that all key issues have been addressed and satisfactorily resolved. Provides long-range training and professional development of personnel. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in an engineering science, preferably mechanical, chemical engineering or petroleum. At least 10 years related upstream experience required with 3 years in a supervisory level position. |
