Heat Transfer (Chief Engineer)

Responsible for the overall technical and administrative management of the Heat Transfer Department.  In addition to salaries and budgets, administrative responsibilities include assignment of department personnel to projects, monitoring performance of personnel, and conducting performance evaluations.  Monitors the following activities and documents of the department on projects to ensure compliance with technical requirements, schedules, and man-hour budgets:

·  Methods of calculation

·  Requisitions for inquiry and purchase

·  Technical vendor evaluations

· Vendor drawings and comments from other departments

·   Participates in project status and technical review meetings

·  Job specifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years of related engineering experience is required.  Comprehensive knowledge of Fire Heater Technology is a plus.
