| Description: | Responsible for the preparation of conceptual, definitive, home office man-hour, and equipment factored total installed cost estimates. Also involved in preparing economic cost studies, cash flows, and contingency analyses. Performs the routine aspects of estimating assignments, requiring knowledge of basic estimating principals, under close supervision. |
| Qualifications: | BS in Engineering or Business degree, preferably in Engineering. Familiar with MS Office - Excel and Word. Easily adaptable to using various computer programs. Listens and gets clarification. Writes clearly and informatively. Strong interpersonal skills. Remains open to others' ideas and tried new things. Adapts to changes in work environment. Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views. Supports everyone's efforts to succeed. Prioritizes and plans work activities. Uses time efficiently. Follows instructions, policies and procedures. Works with integrity and ethically. Volunteers readily and seeks increased responsibilities. Knowledge of K-base helpful, but not required. Preferably 0-2 years experience required. |
